Thank you for contacting VitalSource support, and sorry to see that you are not receiving clear instructions.
If students need to purchase this book, please direct them to the following McGraw Hill Create page: https://create.mheducation.com/shop/#/catalog/details/?isbn=9781308619774
This site will allow students to purchase the book, then access via VitalSource.
If students have already purchased the title, they will need to sign into McGraw Hill Create (available on the above link) , then click through their McGraw Hill bookshelf and choose the "read online" button. This will add the book to their VitalSource accounts.
If any students find that they can still not access the book, please advise them to send a copy of their McGraw Hill purchase receipt to us, and we will be able to fix the issue.
